Awareness blog post

For my awareness post I chose an artist named Refik Anadol, who created the piece above called "Unsupervised" in 2022. The piece is an AI-generated digital installation shown at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. Anadol uses artificial intelligence, data, moving images, and sound to create visuals that are always changing.

I like this artwork because it feels immersive and different from traditional art. To me, the constantly moving colors and shapes make it seem alive, even though it is also a bit chaotic. This work connects to trends in contemporary art because many artists today are experimenting with technology and AI. I really liked how relevant this pice felt to me because of how much artificial intelligence is influencing cultures and industries around the world today. This piece made me think about how technology and creativity can work together in new ways.
