I started to color block and add more gestural marks to my painting. I began to develop and color scheme.

I began to work on the idea of having small paintings within the larger one. I kept layering on color to try to bring areas of it together.

This was my final painting. I was happy with how it came together when I added the small areas of black and teal to tie the backround color back in and add contrast. If I had to do this again I would focus more on making the composition feel more balanced and unified.
